I specifically liked the Internet sales department. Randy the financial supervisor and Gus in sales were the most helpful and friendliest. They did not hassle my wife and I and they gave us the best and most fair deal for our trade-in. Brian Cross contacted our home to check on our satisfaction and Jose in the service department really made every effort to ensure that all my extra installations were done right on my new vehicle. Prior to doing business with Simpson we especially liked Penske Cadillac. However, the guys over at Simpson appeared to be both honest and committed to the product that they were selling. We will consider Simpson first for our future car and truck buying needs.
