I recently happened across SimpleRay's website when doing a Google search shopping for Unisolar brand solar panels to install on a travel trailer. After reading the technical information presented on their website I still had some technical questions. I sent a message to the sales email address listed on their website not expecting to hear anything back. To my surprise, I received a thoughtful, detailed response within hours. Over the next few days I exchanged more emails with Geoff at SimpleRay and he answered all my questions. Geoff was extremely helpful. I ultimately placed an order through their website and it was shipped within 24 hours. I was provided status updates and shipment tracking info by email. To sum things up, in my experience SimpleRay has fantastic customer service and competitive prices. I'll definitely do business with them again and I highly recommend them!
