Slow service, expensive shipping, and poor telephone service

I ordered a very simple part from this company and they took well over week to ship it, which occurred only after I called them. Additionally, their so-called website tracking of the order was nonfunctional, as it always said "processing" and nothing more.
I also attempted to call them several times with little success. Four times I called and simply got placed on automatic hold where nobody ever answered at all. One time a person did answer, but she put me on hold without even so much as a "Hello" and they
never got back to me (I hung up after 15 minutes). When I finally did get through on the phone they could not answer my question about the order and I had to wait for a return call (and, at least Geoff resolved the problem quickly, to his credit). While their
prices seem reasonable the shipping costs are high ($13 for a one pound part). I will not do business with the company again because I think the customer service stinks.
