3 year participants and the program has changed for the worse with a program glitch.

Both my husband and myself have participated in this program since 1/2015. We have accumulated 1200 points every month and had averaged $30.00 every 5 months, until a few months ago. Now with the new point system, we are getting 100 points a month and at that rate it takes 10 months to get $5.00. Our innumerable correspondence with them is handled by one woman who keeps telling you your computer got disconnected when you inquire why you did not get your points. Corporate assistance states they have a new program. On the old program, we received over $70.00 a year - pretty bad compared to $5 every 10 months for someone to track your computer usage. After almost 3 years, we have disconnected from the company and uninstalled their program from our 2 computers. Just not worth the hassle to keep trying to get our points.
