The BBB is a Great Place to Start but you can file a complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Comm) and get something done about the way this company does business. The FTC will FINE THEM and Drag them through the mudd to get this resolved. This is a CLEAR BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM. They Promise a trial for a very cheap price and make no mention of the money that will be taken from your bank account at the time of purchase. Give them a PayPal debit card or a card that you can control ( have only a small amount of money available so if they illigally debit your account, it will do no good. I have junk cards for this reason. You can also record the telephone conversations with Sheer Cover. Radio Shack sells a telephone microphone for about $9 bucks. If you have tons of proof for the BBB and FTC,...you complaints will be resolved. I filed an FTC compliant and got this matter handled right away.
