Customer Service and product offerings at ShearUp.com

Purchased a Harmony Gelish nail kit. It was a starter kit, yes, but lamp provided was not ample enough (9w) to even cure the product regardless of experience or following the Harmony Gelish site directions step-by-step. SHearUp offered a product knowing full well it wouldn't work. No response to voice mails, no response to emails, until 3rd day. Argumentative after voicing complaint, the rep was quite rude and not at all pleasant to deal with. We cancelled the charge on our card, filed dispute. I should have know when it came in as loose items, not a kit as indicated on their website; no markings on the box the lamp in question was shipped in, and the polishes were just loose in the box rattling around. No instructions or warranties, no identifiers as to the maker of lamp, zilch. A packing slip with no useful information was the only thing in the shipping box. This is 2013; if you can't provide customer service of value or efficacy, you can't have a strong web presence nor be taken seriously as a retailer. But to seriously mislead by providing inferior products in a neat presentation, sucking the unaware in to buying cheap product....well, that's just not right.
