I have bought several different products from Bravo Sports over the years and have had to call regarding needing new parts. I had one warranty issue and one not under warranty issue. Their call center was a bit busy but they sent my parts quickly and fixed my problem with the trampoline I had. They also sent me a new manual after we moved. They were very helpful in helping me to get the correct part I needed and just to be sure they sent me the breakdown of the trampoline with all parts listed so I could be sure I was ordering the right parts. I was very happy with the quick fix to my broken trampoline. The only thing to make it easier to contact them would be to have a different system to get to customer service faster. You have to listen to the whole menu to get to the department you want; if you hit a button before it finishes it will start over again.
