After reading these reviews on Diamante Spas/Sensation Spas I can't believe I have had such a similar experience as others. They delivered my tub 3 months late and when they did deliver, it was missing some of the options I had paid for such as the air pump blower system. I had some issues right from the start such as bad connections at the main board, scratches all over the tub cabinet which still aren't fixed...now one of the two water pumps is bad. I have been battling with Diamante Spas (Sensation Spas) yeah nice how Diamante hides behind this flubbering company. They have yet to send anyone out to even look at it since October 2009 when I first notified them of the issue and now it's March 2010. Spa is still under warranty but warranty expires this month. They will probably call me next month to say "Sorry your hot tub is out of warranty we cant help you".....anyway I have been trying to get the tub fixed for months now and its still not working. Tammy who calls herself a "Manager" is absolutely rude on the phone to me and my wife and never seems to resolve the issues. I would DEFINTELY not recommened this company to anyone unless you are someone who enjoys being ripped off! buy a jacuzzi or hot springs or caldera or CalSpas or anything but this one. I would have given a negative stars but that option was not given so I was forced to give one star.
