The WORST Audi dealership.
Santa Monica Audi has the WORST staff and the most HORRIBLE attitude.
Go anywhere else for an Audi, but STAY AWAY FROM SANTA MONICA AUDI.
They run illicit, HARD credit checks without customer consent and thus ruin cusotmers' credit so that they cannot get an Audi elsewhere.
Arman Palezyan is the BIGGEST LIAR. Arman Palezyan is a phony and a manipulator. He will lie and cajole and make false promises and do anything to sell a car to you. But once you purchase an Audi at this sleazy dealership, it is a living NIGHTMARE.
You will later discover that the Audi, that you bought or leased at Santa Monica Audi, has RECALLED parts.
These RECALLED parts will cause you to get in an accident or other terrible problems.
And then, Arman Plaezyan will break all his previous promises and leave you stuck. He will refuse to help in any way.
The motto at Santa Monica Audi is: "LIE, DENY, LIE, DENY Some More.
We already got our money. EFF the customer."
You are stuck and out of luck.
Ken Silberberg is a manager with NO conscience. He is a clinical sociopath with a criminal record, as well. He'll also arrogantly refuse to rectify a bad situation.
Jeff Beckman, is a general manager with zero ethics.
In short, once you buy an Audi at this ZERO-CLASS dinky dealership, with limited inventory and an even worse attitude,all pretenses are gone and their PHONY masks come OFF. From there on, they'll easily leave you hanging and conveniently "forget" any prior "promises."
And when you discover your Audi has MAJOR problems, they'll throw in front of the bus and leave you fending for yourself.
NO other Audi dealership treats their customers as deplorably as this SINK HOLE called Santa Monica Audi.
And do you why they feel so comfy abusing their customers at Santa Monica?
Because they have OTHER customers, so they figure losing one (or 400) "won't matter."
And that's as HEINOUS an attitude as any business management can have. Truth is, a couple (actually MANY) abused customers easily turn into thousands. Thus, eventually this location will dwindle to NOTHING.
As for service and maintenance, Santa Monica Audi is also the WORST dealership to go to.
They will never give you a loaner. There's always the excuse that their "fresh out of loaners."
When you're first buying a car, they'll promise the moon and the stars. But after you've bought the car, that's IT. END of the line.
The first time you need service and maintenance on your Audi, they'll treat you like dirt. They'll refuse you a loaner. IF and only IF they give you a rental, it will be some cheap, tiny, tin can FORD, which you'll be stuck with, because they are so lazy and unskilled, that it takes several days for them just to service your Audi. Even then, you'll discover that never fully serviced it, so you have to have them do it all over again. And that will cost you more days without your car and more time out to have to run after it and waste time and energy, all because they're too incompetent to get the job right the first time.
And honestly, they just DON'T care. It's so apparent in the way they thumb their noses at you and shoo you off.
On top of all of that, the rest of the staff, from the dimwit girls at the front of this sleazy dealership, to the service staff to the sales staff are all rude and dishonest. They do nothing but lie to get you to buy your Audi here, but after that, they abuse and mistreat you to no end.

Go to any other Audi dealership, but stay away from Audi Santa Monica and Arman Palezyan and the rest of the repulsively unprofessional crew.
BTW:
Mr. Arman Palezyan, it is AGAINST yelp regulations to ask customers to leave you "good" reviews in exchange for a little this and that.
(This guy is one evil midget).
Now you know why they have those phony "good" yelp and google plus reviews. All bought and paid for.
So don't be fooled by their parroting the phrase: "We are the number two rated dealership in the country."
Indeed, they are NUMBER TWO.
