Sia at Santa Barbara Auto Connection has made buying a car an experience we both won't soon forget.What I mean by that is I was the customer from hell,I changed my mind multiple times about what vehicle I wanted and thats not even the half of it, trust me when I tell you Sia is truly the most honest car dealer Ive ever met,he showed me nothing but kindness, and patience, he's knowledgable, and Beyond helpful. I felt no pressure what so ever from him.
He sincerely wants his customers to be happy with their car. The price was so affordable! I got a beautiful vehicle, that didn't put me in debt and has ALL the" bells and whistles".
I feel like Im in a Brand New Car because the cars he sells are maintained at a high level.
He is a car dealer that I can honestly say has INTEGRITY.
I am not a person who spends much time on the internet writing reviews, I have been in customer service for over 15 years, so I have high expectations when I become the customer Im not easy to impress. Sia has left a lasting impression on me due to his professionalism, and courtesy. Ive told so many of my customers and friends about my experience at Santa Barbara Auto Connection and will continue to spread the word.
