Sanctuary Financial Services Saved Our Home!

I want to take a moment to thank Sanctuary Financial Services for saving my home. My husband was laid off from his job and we got more than 12 months behind with Nationstar mortgage. I tried to work with them by sending paperwork over and over again, but I could never get anywhere with the bank. I wasnt even sure Sanctuary could help me, but after speaking with Payton and her underwriter, my husband and I decided to give them a try-at that point we had nothing to lose. Well all I can say is I am so glad we did! Not only did we not have to pay the 12 months we were behind, but our rate went down to 2.75%!! I guess sometimes miracles do come true! Thank you again to all the staff at Sanctuary for helping our family!
