I totally agree with some of the people, that complained, this company don't stand behind their product! Shutters are not durable, they cheap people they don't want to fix their defected products, I have been back and don't work. I have been calling them and no one takes responsibility , The owner David Blachey, hides behind the employees and wont fix the defected shutters,or less give you a refund. I complained to the BBB,consumers,affairs and to the trade commission ,My next thing to take them to send them to small claims court, or file a complaint with District Attorney of Santa Ana since he has defrauded many people paid 3,000.00 for faulty shutters.
