I bought a car from Rosecrans Auto sales about a year ago and it was the biggest mistake I ever made. It took 13 months to get the car registered, I literally had to park my car at the Gas station he owns and tell him I don't want it back till its got plates and stickers. He had it Illegally smoged, I know this because the check engine light was on and a car WILL NOT pass smog with the light on. I have spent well over $6,000 dollars just to keep the thing running. Please learn from my mistakes and do not buy a vehicle form this man!!!
