Horrible company! I ordered three pair of jeans, only one of which was final sale. I ordered two of the same style in two different colors. One fit, one was at least two sizes smaller though labeled the same size. This was not the "final sale" pair so I went online, filled out an RMA request form, and got return authorization and returned the jeans. Rock and Republic called and e-mailed me stating they were labeled correctly, were final sale, and they would have to return them to me. Then they never returned the item and never issued a refund. I had to go through the dispute process with my credit card company in order to get the money refunded and even then didn't get my return shipping refunded. For what they charge for their clothing, you would think they would have better customer service. I'm done with Rock and Republic jeans where I was previously a frequent customer.
