Ritzcamera.com advertises they guarantee low prices, and will price match a legitimate lower price. They provide peculiar obstacles to apply for this price match, such as requiring the consumer to print all website information and USPS mail it to their office within three days of purchase. Even though I provided all the information they requested, within the correct timeframe, they still refused my request stating their policy does not apply to the item I purchased. Ritzcamera.com is very arbitrary in their consumer policies and therefore can not be trusted to provide the customer service they advertise.
