The service at Regency Jewelry Co. is horrible. They had my Cartier watch for more than 2 months and it is still broken. The owner was defensive and aggressive and actually blamed me for the problem. Trust me DON'T EVER bring anything to this merchant. I've never had such an awful experience. Bob the owner even yelled at my friend who was just asking an innocent question.
This is an awful place. DON'T go!
