Wow, I went to bbb.org and discovered today that I am not the first one who complain about this website...
1. Me and my wife was looking for a 2,000+ sq ft house and we discovered that they have included the sq ft of the unfinished basement which is a non-livable space!
2. They claimed that the data they provided should ALWAYS provide consumer with a good lead on a property in foreclosure but how are we to find a 2,000+ sq ft home if we are mislead to find out that they include the non-livable space?!
3. Its a total waste of time and gas money because we went to look at the house not knowing that they include the sq ft of the unfinished basement as well!
4. We were looking for foreclosure homes but we found out that some houses are not even completed!
5. The realtors do not have a single clue about what they are selling! As certain houses are spec homes, we can go direct to the builder because the builder have ALL the information. So, my point is, why do we even need them?!
6. And the most annoying thing is, they keep calling our house phone and was rude to us at the beginning then they called again and refuse to speak up!
7. By the way, their answer to my complaint was totally irrelevant!
