This company's business practices need improvement. While it entices you to sign up with a free trial period, the time for notification to cancel is less than the trial period stated. I ended up paying for a month's subscription since I only got computerized responses via e-mails. Then I got charged for a Foreclosure Report that I had not agreed to pay for. If I had not seen the e-mail, that newsletter subscription would not have been cancelled. RealtyTrac needs to be clear about the cancellation AFTER the trial period, and be responsible in passing personal information to other companies.
I DID NOT have these problems with another foreclosure website I had tried out.
