FRAUD ALERT
Please be advised that this company is engaging in fraudulent business practices on their e-commerce site Realtytrac.com that will cost you money. You will notice the "FREE TRIAL" offers on the website which includes their Foreclosure Listings Service or the "Foreclosure News Report" owned by their affiliate company.
THERE IS NO FREE TRIAL! If you sign up for the listing service, you must navigate a minefield of "No Thanks" buttons for unrelated offers until the end of the transaction. It makes no difference if you hit every "NO THANKS" button, because they will still charge you $50 for the "Foreclosure News Report". There is NO summary of charges on the last page of the transaction!!!!!! You will not be aware of the unauthorized charge until you see your VISA statement. THE FRAUD WORKS BECAUSE THEY KNOW THAT MOST PEOPLE WILL BLAME THEMSELVES OR NOT FIGHT THIS BOGUS CHARGE! CAVEAT EMPTOR! Be Advised.
