Rancho provides horrid customer service. I should've picked this up when they bad mouthed their competition, but I was too trusting.
Rancho made multiple unauthorized charges to my credit card when I gave them my credit card information for the "deposit." They charged me 100% of the cost upfront including labor, even though their quote stated 50% down.
Once they have your commitment, you can expect to do all the follow up as they will not call you as promised.
Rancho is a retailer, thus what they provide is a service. There are so many other retailers in the area, so pass on these guys. This was a nightmare transaction for me. I've learned my lesson here, so hopefully I can save someone else the extra headache.
