After filing my complaint with The Better Business Bureau, I was contacted by Radical Auto Deals, within a few days offering to resolve all matters. At the moment Radical Auto and I are in the process of finding and agreeing to a resolution. I have yet to speak with the owner of the company but in speaking with one of his representatives, a resolutions sounds promising. I hope to have a running, RELIABLE car SOON.
