I ordered Pandora bracelet charms and paid extra for priority shipping. The Pugster web site stated that the merchandise would be shipped that day or the following day. I get notice more than 5 days later that it was just shipped. Thanks for nothing Pugster, this was a birthday gift that will now not arrive in time.
