Dealing with Public MOtors has been a nightmare to end all nightmares. On 1-02-2011 I put a credit card depiosit on a vehicle in the amount of $4,718, the full quoted price of the vehicle, so my daughter could take it to a mechanic 2 days later for inspection with the understanding that the vehicle would have 90 days parts and labor warranty for anyrepairs that maybe needed if we purchased the vehicle after the inspection. I dealt with the finance manager, BK, as the salesperson. On 1-04-2010 he drew up a contract and had my duagher sign it changing all the agreements I had made with him when I put the deposit down.. He falsely dated the contract documents she signed on 1-04-2010 as 1-02-2010. She took the vehicle to the mechanic who identified costs of repairs in excess of the value of purchase price of the vehicle. We returned it several hours later prior to the agreed upon time of the close of business at 5:30 Pm on 1-04-2011 when we were told ws when we needed to get the car back by. At that point we were told the vehicle was puchased on a final contract of sale, signed by Amber and BK had changed all of the warranty information and had Amber sign the square declining cancellation of the contract. He then transferred the title on of the vehicle. THis is a nightmare. This busioness falsely represents the bank owns the vehicles on their lot, and it is not true. The vehicle at issue is owned by Public Motors. They had athe car on thier lot for 10 days, did no repairs, and then deliverd the vehicle to my daughter's address and left the key in an unsecured and open mailbox. We are reporting them to the DMV invedstigations unit, and filing complaints everywhere feasible, including the DMV Complaints Investigations that investigateds dealerships which must be licensed to sell used cars. THis is a horrible experience. I have no doubt the 2 credit card companies will honor the dispute of the charge, but we have theextreme hastle of getting the DMV to reverse the title now, and it could take 60 days and hours of time, including daysalready spnt at the DMV to deal with this. Stay away, you cannot get Public Motors to behave in an honest manner!

Public Motors worked with Amber and her mother to ensure they were happy. Please let us know if we can do anything further to assist. Thank you. Public Motors.
