A coworker at my part-time job referred me to PLS after finding out I had been trying to fix my nightmare of a mortgage on my own for TWO YEARS. It was like working at another part-time job, except I wasn't getting paid!! I did everything my bank (Bank of America) told me to do and kept records of all the documents I sent over and over, dates of all of the conversations I had, names of every customer service person I talked to, everything (not that it helped)! I even tried to go through one of those government programs for help, but those volunteers were more disorganized than the bank!! I'd been denied twice already (once on my own and once with that useless government program), so I didn't have high hopes when I first called in.
I don't remember the name of the first girl I talked to (sorry!), but she said said it only took them about 4 months on average to get a modification!! I was definitely the most skeptical person after hearing that because I couldn't understand HOW they were gonna make this happen for me when I couldn't even do it for myself. They assured me they would use their experience working with the banks to get it done for me and once I let them take over everything with the bank, it was a complete life changer. I was probably their worst customer and was constantly asking for updates, they were so professional and kept me updated every step of the way. I would just sent them whatever they asked for and they dealt with all the headache from the bank.
The people here really did look out for my best interest and worked so hard to get me the best possible deal, specifically Eric Davis! I used to pay $2850/mo at 10.75% interest. Just a little more than 6 months later, I now only have to pay $1575 and my interest rate is down to 2%!!! It will be 2% for 5 years, then go to 3% year 6, 4% year 7, then ends up at 4.78% for the rest of the loan.
There's so many scams out there and I even know some people who paid for help and nothing got done! If you're like how I was and just want to get some honest help, LET THEM HELP YOU! I never write reviews for anything, but with all the scams out there, I just want anyone looking for help to know that you can trust these guys. Thank you so much Eric and the rest of the team there! I feel like my life is finally back on track now.
