I thoroughly enjoy the product-but when there was a recent mistake in my order, and I spoke to customer service about returning a few unopened pieces of the product, I was first told that I would have to pay shipping if I returned product! Realizing that I was getting no where with the rep, I then asked to speak to a supervisor. I was put on hold for about 5 minutes and then was informed that no one was available. I told the CS rep that I'd wait. She then said she'd like to try and help me. She then mentioned that she could allow me to keep the product at no cost to me since it was their mistake. Why was that not offered at first? Was my asking to speak to her supervisor the reason for the sudden generosity? I do not have any concerns regarding the product...I love it. Customer service needs to be just that...customer service.
