I used the Advanced formula some years ago and loved it. I recently tried Reclaim and was not thrilled. I lost my job and requested they hold my shipments and was told they could only hold it for 3 months. I was not settled in a place until the beginning of Sept. I called one day to late to change my address. I called again today 10/1/10 and they still don't know if it has been returned. The customer service rep told me they probably did have it back but it would take a month to process. Needless to say, I have canceled and think others should be aware that this is a problem.
