We recently were looking for a home to rent in the local area. We grabbed a Penny Saver and saw a few homes we liked. The contact number on the ad had this companies phone number. They required a deposit in advance in order to view the property. Out of curiosity we wanted to see the outside of the home. We found that there was a sign for another company that actually was listing the home. I then did some research on the BBB.org site and found that they scammed many other individuals other than myself. We are currently trying to get our deposit back but now have to file a police report.
To all those that are researching this company, please do NOT do business with this company as they do not manage these homes. They do have plenty of pictures, but pictures that I could have easily taken from websites that have that listing and put together in a professional way.
