Mike was very professional with a no nonsense go get'em attitude. He was quick, precise and had a smile on the entire time. It was great to see someone care about a strangers issue & problem as if it was his own. My time range for him to show was between 3-5pm and he arrived about 3:15 or so, THAT was awesome because I didn't have to wait around. KEEP THAT GUY! What a great experience it was, keep up the good work Mike.
