I felt the same way as all these people do that these types of companies are rip-offs or scams, but I unfortunately went to a rental office and got no help and just got the run around. But then it came down to one week before I had to move I had no choice then to pay for help again!! I went to a office In Rosemead and I had low expectations for this company, But on the 2nd day I found 7 different homes, I could see myself moving into. I meet with 2 different owners, and view the inside 3 different homes with a realtor. I felt like I might have chance to REALLY RENT!!! I applied to all 5 homes so if one didn’t work out I had more than one option. I felt this company had a different view on renting because they didn’t sugar coat the situation I was in or make it seem like I would rent the next day they told me the low down truth!!! I rented in about 2 weeks which makes me very happy since I have kids and no matter what I need to get them in home ASAP!!!
