I purchased an escalade and traded in my mercedes benz with an agreement to have platinum motors pay off my vehicle. Platinum motors has sold the mercedes, yet has still not paid off my vehicle 5 MONTHS LATER. Eddie the owner is now having his staff take messages and dodges my calls. someone is now driving the mercedes still registered under my name getting parking tickets under my name, the credit union wants their money and my credit report shows 2 car accounts! so this has affected my credit report... plus, what was on the due bill has never been taken care of.
