This company has internal issues

I ordered some Pillow Pets, as a Christmas Present for my daughter back in November of 2011. The Pillow Pets arrived just before Christmas and half the order was wrong. I contacted their customer center and was told I'd receive an email with a return label. None arrived, after 3 more calls saying the exact same thing by someone whose English was unintelligible I received in my traditional mailbox a letter with a return label in January of 2012.
I promptly returned the incorrect Pillow pets, along with a letter explaining what they were supposed to be. Then nothing.... They did not ship the correct Pillow pets. I have called every month since asked for a refund for the amount of the incorrect portion but to no avail. It is now June of 2012. Each time the conversation is the same and nothing happens. I have also tried emails, but receive no response.
Follow up: About 15 minutes after my post on this site I received an email from Pillow pet telling me they were refunding the portion of my order that I returned. 5 days later I did indeed receive my refund. So they made good in the end, however it took me 8 months and an incredible amount of effort to get my refund.
