Still haven't gotten the gifts in time for Christmas...maybe by Christmas 2012?

I wish I had found these reviews BEFORE placing my order back in November. I ordered 6 pillow pets (with corresponding pee-wee pets) for nieces and nephews. Despite several emails and phone calls, I still have not received the items I ordered, though I may be doing better than others because I did get them to waive the $49 in shipping in handling that was originally added to my total. My main complaint is that the call center personnel are clearly reading off a script that has absolutely no relevance to the reason for my calls. They repeatedly said I'd have my items in time for Christmas, even twice lying and saying all items were in stock and my order was prepared for shipment...then nothing. And each subsequent call revealed that at least one item was still on back-order. This is a ridiculous operation. Avoid them if you can.
