I've read the review on Pike Real Estate, Mortgage, Investment or whatever Thomas Pike decides to call it. He has so many DBA's , LLC's. Corp's, etc. he changes them all the time because more and more people are after him. He isn't vey smart to use his name (is that his real name?) as part of the company names since it is now being dragged through the mud,
I can tell you that any positive reviews written are written by him and his friends. There's no such thing as over 300% ROI or his company would have write-ups everywhere in legit magazines and newspaper.
Thomas Lee Pike is a THIEF. He takes investors money and does not invest in any Real Estate transactions. He uses it to live off of and brags to impress his friends and other Professionals hes trying to get in good with. How do you think he got the Jaguar and motorcycles? This should be a felony.
I know a few people, including myself, who are now filing a lawsuits againts him and his bogus companies.
He switches brokers every 2-3 months because they catch on to him. He left L.A. and moved back to Sacramento to hide from people he screwed over. If he's not hiding from anyone, then why are all his contact information changed?
