I have purchased cars from Perry Ford; used their service department and parts department. I have not once had a good experience with them. There are plenty of Ford Dealerships, so why use one that treats you so poorly? It took them over 1 month to replace a tear in a seat when I bought my truck and each time I went in to see if it had been fixed I got the run around. Their service department has misdiagnosed problems and ordered the wrong parts for my truck, which I have had to pay for in addition to paying for the right parts, once they figured out what the problem actually was. I will continue to buy Ford trucks, but I will not buy them from this dealership. I will not use their service department or buy parts from them.
