Don't know where to start. First, my car sticker clearly states that remote trunk release comes with the car, however, the remote release is the lever in the floorboard. This is not remote. By definition, remote is far away, far apart, or secluded. The lever inside the car is none of these. This is false advertising by using an ambiguous word and not giving what the customer is expecting. I have revisited the dealership and they only made the problem worse by shunning me and being disrespectful. I then called the corporate 1-800 number and the employee stated that it was a misprint on the sticker. When you spend so much money on a new car you should at least get what's on the sticker, otherwise it is classified as false advertising. This is only the first problem I have encountered with KIA. The salesman intentionally changed my information for an increased chance of a sale through potentially loaning banks. This is fraudulent and illegal, especially since my signature underneath says that I agree that the information is correct. Also, my gas tank overflows whenever I fill it with gas. Everytime, every pump. Normally, gas pumps automatically shut off, however the design is flawed and the gas spurts out before you have the chance to stop it. They have agreed to fix it, but they will not give me a replacement car so that I can get to work in the meantime. Overall, I would not advise getting a KIA unless you want to pay for things you don't get, I'd rather play the lottery if I'm going to throw away money.
