This is by far the worst merchant I have ever purchased anything from. Not only our their clothes extremely cheaply made (even by Forever 21 standards), but their customer service is the rudest I have ever encountered. Once you spend money with them , they will fight you to keep it, even when you return something within their time frame, in the condition received, with a tracking number. Had to rely on my bank to get my money back from their greedy, incompetent hands. When I called to inquire about my refund I was completely insulted by their "customer service." This is clearly a very small operation as the person who unpacked my return, also answered the phone and also claimed to be manager. Hopefully it continues to grow smaller until it just disappears. With business practices like this I wouldn't count on this company being around very long.
