I was on vacation near Palm Desert from Seattle and started having transmission shifting problems in my 2001 Dodge diesel pickup. I needed a new governor pressure sensor and solenoid installed. Being unfamiliar with any of the businesses in the area, I turned to the BBB.org web site and searched for an accredited transmission shop. I found Palm Desert Transmission and gave them a call around 9:30am. They fit me into their schedule at 1:00pm that same day and had the repairs completed in only 45 minutes. The employees were very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and the price was VERY reasonable. THANK YOU Palm Desert Transmission for saving my vacation!
