They rip you off....I am from San Diego and was in Palm Desert for a conference when my car broke down. I called my mechanic from back home, so when I took my car to a shop I did not know I would be able to sound knowledgeable. My mechanic told me that it was my clutch. I towed my car to a AAA & BBB recommended shop. They were told just to provide me with a quote. The following day they told me the clutch was what was wrong and that it would cost me $1400! I called back home and got quotes from my mechanic and a few others none were over $850!!! (my mechanic was $670, and two others were $760 & $850). I told this to Ozzie's and they would only take it down to $1250!!!
Then after I told them I did not want me to do the work they changed me $100 for a quote. I was able to pay them $100(for trying to rip me off), $100 for gas for my fiancé to drive a truck up from San Diego and back, $100 to rent a tow hitch, and then $670 to have it repaired - totalling $970!!!! $430 less than what Ozzie's wanted!!!!
They are LIARS and want nothing more than to rip you off when they think you have no other options!!!!
Would NEVER recommend them and plan on writing as many bad reviews as possible and would love to have my $100 back from them that they don;t deserve!!!!!!!
If I could give them ZERO stars I would!!!!!
