I am very specticle about this service...I paid $200 to recieve a list of pre-foreclosed homes and a letter to send to these home owners. I seen my aunts address on this list...well, my aunt is a judge who owns her home, and when I called my aunt she told me that she has no more mortgage payments- she was appalled..."How can I be own anyone's pre-foreclosure list" she said....I contacted the company about this particular address; requesting an explaination or proof that this was in fact a preforeclosed home at one point in time, but they never responded---there goes my $200
