I actually got into a home using orangefuture.com it took a while but the program did work as promised I was set up a loan with no money down and no credit check. Also I got it for an amazing 42% equity. This is my second home and I actually plan on flipping the home and selling it for the full appraisal value of 450,000 It is a beautiful three bedroom two bathroom home in bakersfield California. You should expect my house to be on fsbo.com within 2 weeks. Over all I would say me and my wife are very happy. I know it sounds corny but, thanks orange future.
