We used On Trac to install garage doors at two houses - our mother's house and our house. The salesperson was very professional, explained the various doors, hardware, and warranties including the lifetime warranty, and provided us with a written estimate. The installers for both locations were polite, friendly, and professional. Both installers called to notify us when they would arrive and they were right on time, if not early. Once the doors were installed, the installers went over the proper operation and maintenance of the doors and the door openers. The quality of the garage doors are very good.
