In May, 2011, we moved into a new home after months of renovations. One of the last finishing touches needed were new garage doors. My husband had spotted some doors on a home in our old neighborhood that we thought would be perfect for us and I took a photo to show Dave Gibson. They replicated it exactly, down to the clavos and hardware. The company they recommended (Rick Jamison Painting) to do the finish was excellent and matched the color we wanted exactly. During the installation it was discovered one of the springs was defective, and On-Trac had a man at our house at 7:30 the following morning to replace it so that all doors would be operational and not hold up the staining process, which was begining that morning. All in all, I am very satisfied with the quality and the service. These were custom doors and they really look it. Thanks, guys!
