Scam Artist: I'm calling out names! Newport Acceptance Corporation 13522 Newport Ave. #109 P.O.Box 3668 Tustin, CA 92781 Don't you just hate when you as the little guy gets taken for your hard earned money by some bigtime corporation that cares less about
you or your family?? I DO 2! So I purchase a car from an Auto Dealer I find online in my city. EZ CARS AND CREDIT This place seems nice and reasonable, willing to work with the people and they seem all about the people. After I gave them $1700.00 Cash and
signed a AS IS warranty they slapped me with some bullcrap GAP but I just found the original documents stating that I had to get this in order to drive off the lot with the car and as soon as I got my own insurance then I needed to have them fax or mail the
Lienholder the forms and they would cancel it. FOUND THE FORM.. Now I see that they mailed me another year of this insurance with the same stipulations. I aint signed nothing. I am so mad right now I could scream... People please stop these Finance companies
from playing us.. Post Blog and report there scams ASAP. I have filled several BBB complaints and BBB does nothing. They go for the Corporation. I have filed Consumer Complaints and as long as the Corporation responds and says something like, we will do anything
we can to try and make this right." They also don't do anything. I am tired of it. I am the little guy. Why should I get taken for my hard earned money? Why should any of you?? My total amount I borrowed: $6636.08 I gave them: $1700 + $6776 = $8476.00 I want
my money back or I need to have the title of this car in my name like yesterday. Oh and lets not be silly, the Dealership that I purchased the car from is now ALL OF A SUDDEN out of business.. I wonder why?? Disabled Vehicle report: 1. 2 days after I purchased
the car: I had to get it towed to dealership for bumper replacement and airbag light on. 2. 2 months after my purchase the car stopped in the middle of traffic with my son and myself just stranded in heavy traffic and we had to get it pushed to a safe place
and had to contact the Highway Patrol and towing company. The dealership paid for the tow and said they replaced the transmission. 3. November 25th 2014 the car died on me in the middle of traffic and I was able to ride it to my home and it needs another transmission.
WOW! Transmission again?? After the dealer just put a new transmission in the car in 2013.. ?? 4. Another GAP FAKE insurance contract came to my house today. I just filed 2 cases rejecting this and they reapplied this and faked my signature again! I don't
have fancy lawyer money and I don't have thousands of dollars for judges to lean this way. All I have is the paperwork they gave me, calls I told them I was recording and lots of lies and repair reports. I have a case. All I want is a fair trial or this vehicle
paid off with my name on the title or my money back and I mean all $8476.00 of it.
