I have never been a big fan of the NNA, and like many feel it is strictly a money making business with little concern to what is best for the notaries the NNA serves. I have called their help hotline and another more respected notary organization. I trust the other far more than the NNA. I have placed several orders with the NNA and had troubles with these orders, including more recently where I requested 2nd day air, but they shipped improperly as ground. Much to my utter amazement, in the conversation about the NNA error in shipment I asked the NNA representative, "so I am responsible for your incompetence?" Without hesitation, he answered "Yes." I almost feel off my seat and how direct and uncaring he was in this most unbelievable answer. Amazing this company stays in business with that attitude.
