I work for a legitimate property management company in Orange County. Our experience with MyRealtyDeal.com is that they steal information and photos from our postings on Craigslist and other online advertisements and repost them as their own. Frequently, they list properties that are no longer available for rent, which makes us look like we are falsely advertising. When recently looking into listings for a client, I found similar ads for other people's properties that were no longer on the market after calling Myrealtydeal.com and being told by the operator that the property was available for rent.
