This Company is a complete SCAM. We received 3 letters this week from people who got suckered into paying for their bogus service, stating our Home was available For Rent or Lease or “Takeover Mortgage”. Our house is not and has never been available For Rent, Lease or “Takeover Mortgage”, nor is our house in Foreclosure or Pre-Forclosure. A quick check of the BBB and other web resources indicate this company is a Scam. When I called them to question them they hung up on me. Copies of the Letters we’ve received to date will be submitted to the FTC and Attorney General for appropriate action and a Cease & Desist notice has been sent to the company. I checked Craigslist and found a listing for a Home on my street with fake pictures, which is how they get their customers...you have to pay to get the address. Don't waste your money; plenty of legitimate and free resources to find Homes for Rent, Lease or Short-Sale.
