Thank you to the BBB and the complainers - you saved me from signing up with them today.
I spent about 20 minutes on the phone with a representative today asking him every possible question about what I could expect from the services, and all the answers he gave are in stark contrast to the complaints listed here. Thank you to everyone who complained - I hope you're getting your credit card companies to issue refunds without problem.
