I returned an unopened item using the process assigned by Mygearstore.com last Dec. 2009. After repeated contacts with the company, I have received neither a reply nor a refund. They have taken back the product and also kept my money. Since no one will reply to me, I don't know what else to do except complain to BBB. I feel this company is using unlawful business practices with their customers--or at least they have with me, by not upholding their end of the deal. I returned the item with the proper RMA number they assigned, sent it back in it's original unopened packaging and they still have my money. I would recommend to others that they avoid MyGearStore.com.
