I took a gold bracelet to be resized (for my mom's b-day).
When I returned to pick it up, the removed links were not included in
my package. The woman working there at the time searched the back and
found the gold that was omitted from my package. When i tried the
bracelet on, realized the job was done incorrectly. I told them it
was sized incorrectly (way, too small). I returned in two days
when it was ready and it was sized incorrectly and the links that were
replaced were misaligned. I told the woman that I needed it fixed today because I could not leave work early again (they close at 6pm). She called the owner on his cell phone and he left the gym across the street to come fix the bracelet. He was pissy and grumpy the entire time. I thanked him several times
for coming to fix this. When I received the bracelet, the additional
links were again missing (he did return 3 of the 6 gold links) and he
tried to charge me for 3 resizings - a total of $90.00!!!! I told
him I already paid and he said, "i had to come in on my own personal
time and fix it" Can you imagine an owner of a local business treating
a local customer like this??? The workmanship is terrible, his
attitude is terrible, and the cost twice as much as 14Karats in
Beverly Hills charged for a similar job. Avoid this store at all
cost; he does not deserve your patronage.
