As a multi-unit property owner, I have had several tenants concerned with mold in their units. I had used a few companies prior to finding Mold USA. What a breath of fresh air! Mold USA's office staff and their field technicians have been extremely helpful and have not caused a problem with any of my tenants. They took the time to explain everything to me, my agents and my tenants resulting in calm resolution instead of litigation. I would recommend them to anyone that finds themselves face to face with a mold issue.
